EXTENDED RETURNS THROUGH JANUARY 9, 2023

We are offering extended holiday period returns through Monday, January 9, 2023 for orders placed from November 25, 2022. Our standard shipping and returns timeframes and fees apply.

PRE-ORDERS 

Our preorder products are made in limited quantities and are made to order. To reserve the item for you, we charge your card upfront to avoid any future interruptions related to card expiration or replacement. Your item will ship within a few days of the date indicated on the individual product page.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Please note that Items purchased from the Spring Clean Sale or Archive Collection online or in store are sold as final sale items. These are non-refundable and non-returnable.

We are proud to partner with international express courier DHL Express on all our shipments. As a part of our commitment to sustainability, we elect the DHL GoGreen Climate Neutral service for every shipment, meaning that Dai makes a corresponding contribution to a climate protection project, thus neutralising shipment carbon emissions, for every parcel shipped. TRACKED & SIGNED SHIPPING 

  • We offer FREE US shipping on total order values above $250 via DHL Express GoGreen Shipping with an estimated delivery of 3-5 working days.
  • For orders below $250, we offer a flat shipping rate of $20.

REST OF WORLD

TRACKED & SIGNED DELIVERY

EUROPE (EU & Non-EU):

  • For all orders over £250 we offer FREE DHL Economy GoGreen Shipping with an estimated delivery of 4-6 working days.
  • For all orders under £250 we offer DHL Express GoGreen Shipping with an estimated delivery of 4-6 working days for a flat rate of £20.

Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan

  • DHL Express GoGreen Shipping with an estimated delivery of 3-7 working days at a flat fee of £25.

India, Israel, Malaysia, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates, Cayman Islands, Puerto Rico

  • DHL Express GoGreen Shipping with an estimated delivery of 3-7 working days at a flat fee of £35.

    RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

    EASY RETURNS

    For all US orders we are now also offering FREE returns. 

    All purchases may be returned within 28 days of the signature of receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged with all original tags attached. 

    For all non US or UK returns shipping cost is equal to the outbound shipping cost for your country as per the shipping costs above, and will be deducted from your total refund amount.

    HOW TO RETURN

    Please submit your return via our SWAP portal here .

    Once your return has arrived, please allow 14 working days for your refund to be processed. We’ll send you an email once the refund is on its way. Please note that refunds will be made to the original method of payment.

    EXCHANGES

    We will offer free shipping on all US exchanged item(s) back to you and store credit to ensure you receive the correct item and size.

    On all exchanges, the return must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all original tags attached.

    What if my items arrive damaged or incorrect?
    We inspect each of our products to meet the highest quality standards before shipping. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item due to a manufacturing fault, please contact experience@daiwear.com with your order number and description and photos of the damaged item. We’ll be sure to look after you.
