RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All purchases may be returned within 14 days of the signature of receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged with all original tags attached.

Returns and exchanges are subject to a £25 processing and handling fee within the US. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund amount. Please note that SELECTED items from the Outlet Sale are FINAL and are not returnable and refundable. Please refer to product page.

Please note that requested exchange item/s will not be reserved. If requested exchange item is out of stock, we will issue a refund.

Once your return has arrived, please allow 14 working days for your refund to be processed. We’ll send you an email once the refund is on its way. Please note that refunds will be made to the original method of payment.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item due to a manufacturing fault, please contact experience@daiwear.com with your order number and description and photos of the damaged item. We’ll be sure to look after you.
