RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All purchases may be returned within 28 days of the signature of receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged with all original tags attached.
We offer FREE returns within the US, for returns outside of the US, we are not able to provide complimentary return shipping. The return shipping cost is equal to the outbound shipping cost for your country as per the shipping costs above, and will be deducted from your total refund amount.
FREE first exchange for the US. On all exchanges, the return must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all original tags attached.
Please note that requested exchange item/s will not be reserved. If requested exchange item is out of stock, we will issue a refund.
Return or Exchange your orders in a few steps
1. Open the Returns Portal & enter your Order Number + email address.
2. Select the item(s) you would like to return & select if you would like to Return, Exchange for other sizes/colours or Exchange for a gift card.
4. Download the QR code or label for use in any Royal Mail (UK) or USPS or DHL Service Point (Rest of the World).
5. Drop it off at your nearest Drop Off Point shown from the portal.
Once we receive and verify your returned items your new replacements will automatically be sent out to you, it’s as easy as that.
Once your return has arrived, please allow 14 working days for your refund to be processed. We’ll send you an email once the refund is on its way. Please note that refunds will be made to the original method of payment.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item due to a manufacturing fault, please contact email@example.com with your order number and description and photos of the damaged item. We’ll be sure to look after you.
